Gangtey Gogona Trek 10 days 3 days trekking Week 1 Day 1 Arrive at Paro.  Received by YEI representative and transfer to the hotel. An orientation talk in the evening. Overnight at Hotel  Day 2 Sightseeing of the Paro valley. Overnight at Hotel. Day 3 Excursion to Taktshang Monastery. Lunch at Taktshang Cafeteria. Evening drive to Thimphu. Overnight at Hotel. Day 4 Thimphu valley sightseeing. Overnight at the Hotel. Day 5 Cultural programme in the morning and drive to Gangtey. Lunch in Wangdiphodrang. Overnight at Lodge. Day 6 Gangtey to Gogona, 15kms trail, alt 3100m (Trek begins) Day 7 Gogona to Kothoka, 16kms trail, alt 2790m  Week 2 Day 8 Kothoka to Tikke Zam (Chazam), 12kms trail, alt 1300m (Trek ends) Day 9 Morning drive to Thimphu for lunch. Afternoon drive to Paro. On route visit Simtokha Dzong. This dzong is the oldest dzong in the kingdom. Farewell dinner and overnight at Hotel.
